Is a Web-based program designed to support campaign managers and volunteers in
executing well organized voter calling efforts, those efforts that often
decide the outcome of an election. The program is designed to meet the needs
of two groups of users: Managers and Volunteers. · All that is needed is an internet connection and a computer. · Each Manager and Volunteer has his or her own unique user name and password to enter the site with the appropriate rights and permissions for use. · Initially the programs loads 15 voters from the assigned call list. As the volunteer completes a call and marks it completed, additional voters are automatically loaded into the call list. · A PDF of the campaign voter data is available for printing and assigning to walkers/volunteers without a computer. · A Campaign can produce multiple campaign programs, assigning different volunteers to each campaign. · A Manager can have as many volunteers as they can adequately handle. · In addition to overseeing volunteers, a Manager can turn on or off his or her own calling list.

Managers: The program enables managers or key campaign individuals to: · Recruit volunteers and update volunteer information · Provide campaign call scripts to volunteers · Select voter groups by precinct, age or party and assign them individually to specific volunteers. · Check the daily/weekly activity of the volunteers in making and completing calls · Communicate to different groups of volunteers with new call scripts or other information · Report to the Candidate and/or Campaign Manager critical information gathered by the volunteers from their call activity · View and/or print a report of call activity for any period, age group, precinct, or party.
Volunteers: The program enables volunteers to: · View a voter’s information screen while calling · Add a phone number, email or mailing address · Update the voter’s information · Includes check boxes for Yes - No - Undecided and a Note Section if the call requires follow-up · View completed calls made to follow-up a previous call and update the voter’s information · Mark a call as completed
